1. All members of Grateful Friends promise to use integrity on our site, including being friendly at all times, and will become a member with the intentions of helping others and making new friends. At no time will unprofessional or negative behavior be accepted towards our members. If this happens you will be asked to leave immediately. Renewal membership will not be granted.
2. Members promise to conduct themselves in a friendly manner at all times on the forum and Chatrooms and problems will be reported to Laura.
3. Solicitation of GF members is strictly prohibited. You may not email members to solicit products, services or send group spam mail. You may not post your services on the forum. A special page within the site has been created for members who wish to advertise their businesses.
4. You may not solicit members to join other online groups in the forum or via email at any time. This is strictly probited and your membership may be revoked if reported.
5. GF members will occasionally receive special announcements from our group via email such as newsletters notifying members of updates, contests and / or special announcements.
6. Forum & Website Passwords will NEVER be given out to another person or member. Members needing passwords will contact Laura directly. When GF’s password changes members may not automatically receive notification. For security reasons you may need to email us to request it.
7. Members can report violators of our rules to GF at any time by contacting the Management Team.
